Beginning on March 17th, we will temporarily close the White Horse for major interior renovations. This upgrade will allow us to welcome patrons with different abilities by matching and exceeding ADA requirements, expand our seating capacity by 60%, provide a new and more efficient bar and with new HVAC our summer concerts will become a lot ‘cooler.’

With the expanded and improved interior comes new sound, light and design needs. We want to maintain the quality of sound that you’ve come to expect as our space grows and even improve where possible. We are excited to work with PisgahAVL for our new equipment.

As a part of this Sound, Light & Design Campaign, we are thrilled to announce a partnership with NC Glass Center. Their artists will be creating glass stepstones etched with campaign donor names, making our supporters literally a part of our fabric of our building. These glass stones will be in the color schemes provided by our mural and installed on the new exterior of the building in a mountain range mosaic. The installation will be made complete with a detailed donor map and special backlighting so that every passerby can appreciate the beacons of light our supporters are in this community!
