Ticket Policies

Pay What You Can: We believe music is meant to be shared by all. Some households may only be able to give a little, while others may be able to give more to pay it forward and support neighbors. Each event includes a “suggested price” that reflects the normal cost of the show, but no matter what you contribute, you’re helping keep the music alive for our whole community. When you’re able to contribute the full ticket price (or more), you’re not just supporting a show—you’re supporting the artists who bring the music to life and rely on these performances as part of their livelihood, along with the team who makes each night possible.

All Showtimes: Are subject to change, and our website and advertising may sometimes contain errors, for which we are not legally responsible.

Restrictions: Illegal substances, firearms, or outside drinks are not permitted at White Horse. We reserve the right to refuse service to those we suspect may be in danger due to intoxication.

Refunds: We can’t refund tickets unless a show is cancelled.

Age Policies: White Horse Black Mountain is an all-ages venue for the vast majority of our events. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the specific event or ticket page. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining what is appropriate for their children before attending.

Children: Children of all ages are welcome at all events at White Horse Black Mountain unless otherwise noted on specific event descriptions. Children under 12 years of age are admitted free.
