White Horse Black Mountain offers a state-of-the-art sound system plus excellent lighting options for your event. We offer a high-definition projection system with a large 14×17-foot screen along the back of the stage.

We work with the best caterers in the area, we are happy to connect you or you may bring in your own food. Currently, there is no cooking allowed on the premises. Future enhancements coming in 2024!

White Horse is happy to work with you on decorations, including flowers, tablecloths, streamers, etc. Prices vary based on vendor. You may elect to provide your decorations as well. We do have restrictions on hanging anything on our walls without prior approval.

White Horse staff will assist with arranging WH tables and chairs at no extra cost. White Horse will provide trash cans and trash bags. You are responsible for removing all decorations, flowers, trash, etc., and placing them in the garbage outside unless you have contracted us for cleaning services.

The renter will be asked to sign a rental agreement which will spell out all the fees and options chosen. Upon complete execution of the agreement, a 50% deposit will be due. The remaining 50% will be paid at least 14 days before the rental date.

If your rental event takes place on a day when White Horse has evening entertainment scheduled, your guests will receive a 50% discount on tickets to the evening entertainment. It’s a great way to “extend” your event.
