How do I purchase tickets?

Online is the quickest and easiest way to buy tickets. At the Box Office you can purchase tickets in the lobby before a show. But shows can sell out!

Can I rent the White Horse for a private event?

We are available for rental for a variety of events. The space is used for weddings, rehearsals, birthday parties, reunions, seminars, workshops, corporate events, non-profit events, films, fairs, festivals and more. We offer reasonable rates and top notch service and attention to helping you make your event a rousing success.

Do you serve food?

White Horse serves a variety of snacks including crackers, chips, and other items. There are a number of great restaurants within easy walking distance and encourage folks to carry out and bring it to the White Horse.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes! We accept major credit cards both through this web site and at the door, and credit cards are also accepted at the bar.

Can I reserve a specific seat?

All of our shows our general admission with no assigned seating. We offer cabaret-style table seating for most shows.

Does White Horse host benefit events?

Do you serve liquor?

We serve a variety local and regionally brewed draft beers. Our Wine List includes a selection of both red and white wine from around the country and around the world.

We also have serve a variety of soft drinks, juices, sparkling water, and several specialty beverages.

Do you allow smoking?

Smoking and vaping are only permitted outside the venue at least 20 feet away from any entrance, following any additional local ordinances that may be in place.

Can I leave and come back during the show?

Yes, you must show your ticket and ID to match name on the ticket upon re-entry

ID Requirements

To purchase alcohol you must 21 and have a  driver’s license, North Carolina special identification card, passport and/ or military identification card. 

The law specifically notes an NC special ID card – but no other state’s ID cards are acceptable as proof of age. Any state’s drivers licenses may be accepted, but not ID cards from out-of-state.

Can you accommodate Wheel Chairs / special needs?

We always do everything we can to make sure that every guest we have is comfortable and gets to enjoy a great night of live music! Our building is ADA friendly. Feel free to email us if we can assist you in any way.

Can I take pictures?

Our house policy is that you are allowed to use cell phone cameras with NO FLASH for personal use . We do not allow independent cameras, or cameras with zoom or detachable lenses. No professional grade photography without prior written approval. Some bands may have additional restrictions.
