ALL EVENTS ARE FREE OR DONATE WHAT YOU CAN
We want to ensure everyone in our community can access the healing power of music! All ticket donation proceeds will be divided 60 / 40 between the performing artist and the White Horse Community Fund, which supports 4 local nonprofits in Hurricane Helene relief and rebuilding efforts.
During the weeks that followed the storm, we also founded the White Horse Community Fund, supporting the recovery projects of four local nonprofits.
Black Mountain Counseling Center , Bounty & Soul, Hammer & Heart, and Swannanoa Valley Christian Ministries
These organizations support our community’s most crucial needs: home repair, food access, winter heating support and mental health care. We have worked closely with these organizations and know them to be efficient with funds and mission-driven in their actions.
While we are grateful that our building didn’t sustain major damage, we have had to change our ticket pricing to meet the needs of the community. As such, we cannot sustain our space and our staff levels with out your help. If you also believe in the power of music and community to heal and have funds to give, we hope you will think forward with us by supporting the White Horse today!
Or become a member of the herd and join our stable with monthly and annual memberships options. These memberships will allow the White Horse to continue helping the community and provides it’s herd members with special benefits. Learn more about membership options HERE.
White Horse Black Mountain is supported by ArtsAVL, Buncombe County Government, and the North Carolina Arts Council, a division of the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources.
