Thank you for your interest in attending a White Horse event (the “Event”) hosted, organized, or managed by WHITE HORSE BLACK MOUTAIN OR WHITE HORSE STEPSTONE] (“Company”) or any of its affiliate companies (“Affiliates”) and to which these Terms of Event Attendance are linked.

Event Recordings

Company or its authorized designees may film, photograph, livestream, and/or record the Event and have the exclusive right to do so for commercial purposes. By attending the Event, you hereby authorize the Company and anyone acting with the Company’s authorization to:

(a) capture your image, likeness, name, voice, statements, and performance at the Event in any photograph, image, video, motion picture, performance, sound or audio recording, or other media (the “Likeness”), and

(b) use such Likeness in all forms and media including composite, modified, or edited versions of the Likeness or any part thereof in any media or format now known or developed in the future for any purposes related to the Company’s or its Affiliates’ business including advertising, publicizing or marketing its operations and games or for any other commercial or lawful purpose, and to use and license others to use it for such purposes, throughout the world in perpetuity on royalty-free basis and without any right of inspection or approval.

You understand and agree that:

(a) all materials incorporating your Likeness will be the property of the Company or its authorized designees, including but not limited to the copyright therein,

(b) the Company and its authorized licensees are permitted, but not obligated, to use the Likeness for the purposes described above,

(c) the rights granted herein are irrevocable, and

(d) the Company and its authorized licensees may edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or broadcast the Likeness, alone or in combination with other content.
