Ticketing Info & Policies

All events are general admission seating on a first-come, first-served basis.

Advance Ticket Holders are encouraged to arrive early to assure the best selection of seating.

You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket(s). Please bring your tickets to box office to gain admission.

You can purchase advance tickets on this website by selecting the performance you wish to attend and buying tickets directly.

Many shows offer a discount for purchasing online.

Bring your email confirmation with you and show it at the Box Office in our Lobby to gain admission to the event.

at the Door

For many shows you can simply walk in and purchase your tickets in our lobby just prior to the show.

However, some of our shows SELL OUT in advance. If a show is a sellout, we will offer standing room only tickets. These tickets will be sold day of show only at the box office. Guests will receive a wrist band as an indicator of their standing room status.

We HIGHLY recommend buying your tickets online

Doors open one hour before the show.

Ticket Policies

Age Policies: 
White Horse Black Mountain is ALL AGES 99% of the time. If there is an exception, that will be noted on the Event/Ticket Page for that specific event.

Children:
Children of all ages are welcome at all events at White Horse Black Mountain unless otherwise noted on specific event descriptions. Children under 2 years of age are admitted free.  

All Showtimes: 
Are subject to change, and our website and advertising does sometimes contain errors, for which we are not legally responsible.

Restrictions:
Illegal substances, firearms, or outside drinks are not permitted at White Horse. We reserve the right to refuse service to those we suspect may be in danger due to intoxication.

Refunds
We can’t refund tickets unless a show is cancelled.
