Performing at the White Horse
Performing at the White Horse is more than a typical event. Every show is a BENEFIT SHOW and every beat gives back to the community. We believe everyone deserves access to live music, and we’re grateful for artists who share that vision to support our Donate What You Can Model, to keep live music assesible. (Many of our shows end up with donated amounts which are above the suggested ticket price, so there is potential upside.However, we also guarantee that if the average per ticket donated amount is more than 15% below the suggested ticket price, White Horse will subsidize the balance.)
Ticket Revenue Split: 60% to the artist(s) / 40% to White Horse Community Fund. The 40% White Horse ‘split’ supports non-profits engaged in hurricane recovery and essential services; including Bounty and Soul, Hammer and Heart, SVCM Fuel Fund and Medical Clinic, Black Mountain Counseling Center & White Horse Black Mountain
So, we encourage you to promote your show as a benefit show, because it is!! Take advantage of the positive energy and brand promotion of performing a benefit show and pass that positive energy to your fans and friends and family so they understand their donation at the door goes 60% to you and 40% to the Community Fund.

Marketing
Our marketing team will promote your event across multiple platforms Including: Facebook, Instagram, Website and Venue digital signage inside and outside. We also include in our newsletter to @8k people

Live board recording directly from the venue’s mixing console with a direct feed of the sound engineer’s mix

Vinyl Poster $20
We will design a high-quality vinyl poster for venue wall displays for @2 weeks leading up to your show, you can take it with you or give it to charity to auction

Essential Promo $20
Expanded marketing with paid listings to over 15 sites. Requires a minimum of 2 weeks’ advance notice.

Amplify Promo $45
Essential Promo plus one week of radio reels promotion on WNCW. The event is mentioned 4 times per day, Monday – Sunday total of 28 mentions. Requires a minimum of 2 weeks’ advance notice.

Expanded Options – Requires 3 weeks advance notice
Sharing our nonprofit pricing with discounted ads through Mountain Express pricing starts at $125 for a 1/8 page ad. (must have 3 weeks advance notice)
