Description

PSH Trio is a local jazz trio based in Western North Carolina. The trio consists of guitarist Wyatt Salus, Bassist Morgan Henry, and Drummer Malik Pratt. All three members hold bachelor degrees from Western Carolina University. Wyatt holds a Master’s from Washington State University and Malik holds a Master’s from University of South Carolina. The trio recently released their debut album Four-Get-Me-Not, which features originals from Morgan and Wyatt.

Produced by Dr Bill Bares is a Pianist, composer, scholar, and educator. He received his Ph.D in ethnomusicology from Harvard University in 2009. He taught at Harvard, Brown, Berklee College of Music, and the New England Conservatory before taking a job as professor of music and co-director of jazz studies at UNC Asheville.
